Prayers Please
One of my dear Sassy Sisters is going through a hard time. Her son is having some health problems at the moment, which are made worse by a chronic, genetic disease.
So, I, and she, and we, would so much appreciate your prayers and good wishes that Ben is well soon.
Thanks so much,
Maisey

Sending prayer and healing thoughts Ben’s way and strength for his mom and family, too.
Thanks, Maya. It’s times like this I wish the sisters and I weren’t all spread out. We need a group hug, and it’s hard to accomplish when you all live in different countries.
Have a virtual group hug 🙂
Prayers for Ben and his mum being sent. Love and hugs, too.
Sending much love and positive thoughts.
xx
definately sending big prayers their way! hope he gets better or finds relief soon!
I’m already praying but sending some extra ones for good measure.
Many, many prayers and tons of well wishes for a speedy recovery for Ben. There is no GREATER force on earth than the power of a parent advocating for the health of their child. They deserve medals, every one of them.
Amy
Jo, Kerrin, Joanne, Jackie, and Amy,
I love the support in this community! I truly do. Thank you all.
Amy, she’s an amazing mom. She’s organizes so many fundraisers for CF and is (I think) the secretary for Ireland’s CF foundation. The woman will find a cure herself some day, I don’t doubt it.
Healing hug on its way. Words cannot express …

To thank all of you wonderful ladies doesn’t seem enough. To know that you will pray for my little boy is truly, honest-to-God uplifting and for that alone I’m grateful. I’m more grateful for the prayers though, so keep them coming!
Maisey, you’re an absolute star to ask for this support at a time when it is greatly needed but come on, ME, finding a cure? The only thing I really know how to do effectively is google hot men…
Seriously, thank you so much and the rest of you ladies for your prayers, it means so much that I just couldn’t put it into words. Some aspiring writer, huh??
Jane, thank you so much.
Aideen, we love you. Take all the time you need, but rememebr, we’re here for you and we love you and Ben and the rest of your family! and if you personally don’t find a cure it will be the researcher you’re standing behind while you say ‘well! Find it already!’ (or maybe if will be from all the money you raise…and all the effort you put into raising awareness)
I wish I could erradicate all chronic/lifelong diseaeses and disabilities that kids have/go through. As a mother, it pains me that they should exsist. My prayers are with Ben, his family. May that much needed breakthrough be just around the corner.
Hugs

OMG. I have a Ben too. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family for a speedy end to the crisis.
Again, thank you ALL so very, very much. I am overwhelmed by the kindness and support that can be found in the romance writing community, it really is the best place to be.
And Wendy, you know what? I think everyone should have a ‘Ben’! If your Ben is anything like my one, then you too are truly blessed.
Janette, you know I heartily agree with you. It’s a hard thing to see your kids struggle. The hardest thing.
Wendy, Aideen and I both have a Cian, although mine is spelled Kian. 🙂
Aideen, continued prayers for you and Ben and the rest of your gorgeous family. My love to all of you!
Thanks everyone!
